Booking & Cancellation Policy

Payment of ₱1 000 is required 48 hours before your appointment to secure your slot. For package holders, this amount will be deducted from your per session rate. If payment is not received the appointment slot will be released. For bookings made after the 48-hour mark, secure payment within 2 hours of the booking.

Cancellation and/or rescheduling of an appointment made with less than 24 hours notice will have their confirmation payment forfeited.

No-show clients will have their confirmation payment forfeited.

Sessions are 60 minutes long. A maximum of a 5-minute extension may be given to late arrivals.
